Short Term Rehab

Ledgewood Rehabilitation is a short term rehabilitation unit within ARK at Branford Hills. Ledgewood is a separate and dedicated unit designed for those individuals who no longer require acute hospital care but are unable to return home without additional care and services.

Ledgewood provides the necessary rehab and medical programs to help patients reach their maximum potential and return home to their families and communities.
